Meet the Team
Meet Meridith Zomalt
Meridith is a native Californian and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She applied her education in the corporate world where she held various positions in the Investment and Private Equity industry. Meridith’s strengths are in organization, customer service, analysis, marketing, and project management—all of which are valuable assets in the real estate business.
Meridith learned of Rossmoor several years ago through her sister Paula, and moved to Rossmoor in Summer of 2007 with her husband Gary and their two dogs. In their free time they enjoy trips in their RV, church and community involvement, various outdoor activities such as golf, hiking, motorcycling, skiing, and entertaining family and friends.
She joined Prudential and teamed up with her sister Paula to provide twice the knowledge, twice the experience, and twice the service to their real estate clients.
Meet Paula Azeltine
Paula is a full service, full time Realtor® who has a passion for real estate. She loves working with buyers and sellers in the East Bay, with special emphasis on the premier senior community of Rossmoor in Walnut Creek. She is well acquainted with the Bay Area as a result of living and working in a number of Bay Area communities, and currently resides in Rossmoor with her husband, Jim. Spending time with her family of three children and four grandchildren are a priority for her, and she also enjoys music, gardening, golf and outdoor activities.
A “valley girl” from Stockton, Paula moved to the Bay Area after earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree from California State University at Sacramento. Paula followed her dream and long-time goal of becoming a Realtor® after many years in the corporate arena, holding various Administrative, Sales and Managerial positions. She joined Prudential California Realty in 2001, and found that her business experience prepared her well for the real estate field with emphasis on customer service, planning, marketing and attention to detail.
Consistently recognized as a Top Producer in the Prudential Tice Valley Office, Paula has been the recipient of various achievement awards at Prudential, including President's Circle Award representing the top 7% of Prudential's national network. Paula is E-Pro certified through the National Board of Realtors as an expert in computer technology, and is an advocate of technology to maximize the exposure of your home on the internet.
